Food is something that you need to live, but it’s also a gift. Sit down and feel deep gratitude that you can eat delicious food whenever you like. That’s not a privilege many have today.
Exercise
Another important step to keeping your body in perfect condition is to get regular exercise.
Exercise has so many benefits; reducing your risk of developing chronic diseases, improving your mental health, and helping to maintain that perfect weight.
The best way to cultivate an exercise regime that is to find the ones you love.
For me, I love to dance like a banshee, hike up and down steep hills looking for shrooms, walk my dogs and build my core with Pilates and Gyrokinesis online.
If you want your mind calm and your well-being strong, move your body often.
Sleep
Sound sleep is essential for good health, and not getting enough can lead to nightmares of trouble. People who don’t get enough REM sleep are grumpier, fatter, less focused, and prone to anxiety and numerous other malaises.
Sleep is required for perfect condition!
Here are a few tricks that work for different people:
- Embrace a regular sleep schedule.
- Create a relaxing bedtime routine that winds you down
- Don’t look at your electronic devices right before shuteye time. The blue light is naughty.
- Do use that device to listen to a meditative song or prose. (I listen to physics lectures at a slow speed).
- Breathe deeply, Meditate
- Medicate?
- What’s yours?
